12/9/2013 – Stillwater, OK — Police and state agents may have dubbed their recent Stillwater sting ‘Dragon Slayer’, but one pimp’s arrest depicts him as anything but a ‘dragon.’ … ‘Coward Slayer’ is more like it.
As JohnTV previously reported in Nov., Stillwater police, Payne county deputies and members of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (OBNDD), Human Trafficking Unit, conducted an online prostitution sting that resulted in the arrest of 26 people – five of whom were described as alleged pimps.
According to court documents, on Nov. 6 two undercover investigators responded to an adult ad on Backpage.com for a woman calling herself ‘Nicole.’
The ad contained four photos of a partially nude black female who identified herself as man ‘exotic playmate’ and listed a local telephone number.
‘Nicole’ agreed to meet the two faux ‘Johns’ at their location – a ratty apartment directly across the street from the Seretean Center for the Performing Arts on the OSU campus.
‘Nicole’ reportedly arrived around 10:30 p.m. driving a silver Dodge Challenger.
According to police, ‘Nicole’ went inside the undercover officer’s apartment and immediately began talking about sexual activity – stating she would provide oral and vaginal sex to both men for $250 each and that she had brought condoms with her.
Shortly thereafter ‘Nicole’ was placed under arrest.
‘Nicole’ was identified as 19-year old Caroline N. Hightower of Oklahoma City.
Hightower’s vehicle was illegally parked outside and while police were making arrangements to have it towed and taking an inventory of the car’s contents, they discovered Hightower’s alleged pimp cowering in the floorboard of the back seat.

The man was identified as Brandon Quincy Hardwick, 29 of Oklahoma City.
Police say Hardwick had the keys to the vehicle on him when he was taken into custody and a inquiry to the vehicle’s tag revealed it was registered in Hardwick’s name.
A search of Hardwick’s cell phone confirmed investigator’s suspicions that he was Hightower’s pimp.
Allegedly text messages contained on the phone identified Hightower as a ‘hoe’ and Hardwick as “Daddy” and “BD” (Babby Daddy).
Hardwick reportedly later told investigators that he was Hightower’s pimp and that he had other girls working for him, specifically a girl named ‘Erica’ and that the girls liked to be called ‘hoes.’
Hardwick was booked into the Payne County Jail on complaints of pandering and felony computer crimes.
On Nov. 22, Hardwick was charged in Payne county with misdemeanor transporting another for the purpose of prostitution.
Court records list two different OKC home addresses for Hardwick; one, an apartment in the 4100 block of NW Expressway and the other in the 9500 block of Stratford.
Hightower was booked into the Payne County Jail on complaints of prostitution and felony computer crimes.
On Nov. 20, Hightower was formally charged in Payne County with one misdemeanor county of soliciting prostitution.
According to a Facebook page that appears to be Hardwick’s – he attended John Marshall High School, lives in OKC and goes by the name ‘Black Jack Tha Mack.’
