12/9/2013 – Stillwater, OK — Court records reveal details behind the public intoxication and obstructing a police officer arrest during last month’s Operation Dragon Slayer in Stillwater.

As JohnTV previously reported, in Nov. Stillwater police, Payne county deputies and members of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (OBNDD), Human Trafficking Unit, conducted an online prostitution sting that resulted in the arrest of 26 people…. One of whom though appeared to have a non-prostitution related arrest.

According to court records, undercover officers responded to a Backpage.com adult ad for a woman calling herself ‘Savanah’ and promoting, “…Your time with me will be completely unforgettable…” Oh yeah, and “…no black men under 40…”

‘Savanah’ agreed to meet with the undercover officer at his hotel room at the Quality Inn – off West 6th Ave. in Stillwater – for a rate of $175 ‘donation’ per hour.

‘Savanah’ arrived at the officer’s hotel around 6:15 p.m. on Nov. 7.

According to court records ‘Savanah’ immediately hugged the undercover officer and asked for her ‘donation.’

After being given $200 in ‘OBNDD Advance Funds’, ‘Savanah’ began kissing and licking the undercover agent while she moved his hands across her buttocks, breasts and vagina.

‘Savanah’ then unbuckled the undercover agents pants and pulled them and his underwear down as the agent gave the ‘arrest signal.’

As officers entered the room, ‘Savanah’ reportedly repeatedly yelled, “I didn’t offer to engage, I didn’t offer to engage!”

A struggle ensued and ‘Savanah’ was eventually taken to the floor and placed into handcuffs.

Officers eventually identified ‘Savanah’ as 21-year old Niquita ‘Nikki’ Ariel Low and booked her into the Payne County Jail for felony computer crimes, prostitution and resisting arrest.

During her processing at the hotel, Low refused to give officers the password to her cell phone.

Officers kept her phone in an evidence bag after Low’s arrest and noted that it rang constantly.

Members of the hotel surveillance team noticed a black male pacing in the area and appearing to repeatedly be making phone calls and hanging up.

Officers surmised this male was most likely Low’s pimp and was trying to reach her.

Around 8:30 p.m. the suspicious black male knocked on the hotel room door where Low had previously been arrested. When an undercover officer answered, the man said he was looking for ‘Ariel’ – Low’s middle name.

When one of the officer’s identified himself as a police officer, the man fled on foot with several officers giving chase.

The man was eventually caught and arrested for public intoxication, obstruction and possession of marijuana (found in his Chevrolet Tahoe).

While being booked into the Payne County Jail, the man was identified as Kendell Michael Samilton, 22.

According to Samilton’s Facebook page (created just five days before his arrest), he attended Wewoka High School and lives in Dallas.

As of this publication, no criminal charges stemming from Samilton’s Nov. 7th arrest could be found.

Low, who reportedly resides in Seminole, was charged in Payne County with misdemeanor soliciting prostitution and resisting arrest.

Low is next schedule to appear in court on Jan 7.
