9/28/2015 – OKC, OK — A New Jersey ‘John’ has pleaded guilty to soliciting Internet prostitution in Oklahoma City and has been sentenced to probation.

Back in Nov. of last year, JohnTV reported on an OKC prostitution sting that resulted in the arrest of at least 20-individuals.

One of those arrested was 33-year-old Jermaine Pinckney out of Bayonne, NJ.

According to court records, on the evening of Nov. 5, Pinckney responded to an ad for prostitution placed on Backpage.com by undercover officers with the OKC Police Department’s Vice Unit and members of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit.

Pinckney was directed to room 218 at the Days Inn near I-40 and S. Meridian.

Once there, Pinckney reportedly offered to pay $60 to have the female undercover officer perform oral sex on him.

Pinckney was then taken into custody and transported to the Oklahoma County Jail.

On Jan. 8 of this year, Pinckney was formally charged in Oklahoma County with one misdemeanor count of offering to engage in an act of prostitution.

This past June, Pinckney pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to two years deferred, DA extortion supervision, 20-hours of community service, $200 fine, $300 VCA, and court costs.

According to a Facebook page under Pinckney’s name and matching Pinckney’s hometown, Pinckney works as a longhaul trucker (see image below).

9/30/2015 – OKC, OK — The prostitute at the center of a former brothel run by a University of Central Oklahoma senior has been charged with a felony after being busted stealing from a Oklahoma City retailer – and once again she allegedly involved her teen sister.

According to court documents, 21-year-old Rachel Lauren Herrera – and her 17-year-old little sister Molly Herrera – were detained by Target security on June 20 as they allegedly attempted to leave the N. Penn Ave. store with a shopping basket containing almost $600 in unpaid merchandise.

Oklahoma City Police were called to the scene and informed that security cameras throughout the store had captured the duo’s actions.

Oklahoma County Jail records show that Rachel Herrera was booked into jail on complaints of grand larceny and larceny of merchandise.

There was no record of Molly Herrera being booked into jail – meaning she was either released at the scene or taken to juvenile detention.

On July 16 Rachel Herrera was formerly charged in Oklahoma County with felony larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

Rachel is next set to appear in court on Oct. 26.

On a side note; Apparently this isn’t Rachel and her sister’s first stint with shoplifting. On Jan. 26 a woman claiming to be Rachel and Molly’s mother posted in the comment section of JohnTV that her daughter’s aunt “…taught them how to shoplift.” (see entire post below)

JohnTV previously reported on Rachel Herrera, back in Jan., after she was busted with her live-in boyfriend and baby-daddy Ali Hussain Al-Yousuf, 24, when their Edmond brothel was broken up by members of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit and investigators with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit.

In that case, Herrera, who promoted herself online as a $250 hour prostitute, was arrested after inviting an undercover officer, posing as a ‘John’, into her one-bedroom Villas at Stonebridge apartment – where she undressed and produced a condom.

Rachel and the undercover officer were not the only two in the apartment while Rachel was inviting strangers in to pay her for sex. According to court documents, when the undercover officer arrived, Rachel’s then 16-year-old sister was sitting in the living room holding Rachel’s infant daughter.

Additionally, as Rachel was being taken into custody, her pimp Ali Al-Yousuf, emerged from his hiding place in the kitchen pantry.

Al-Yousuf was eventually charged with misdemeanor maintaining a house of prostitution and aiding and abetting prostitution.

Rachel was charged with misdemeanor engaging in prostitution.

Both eventually pleaded guilty and both were only given probation, no formal conviction, and small fines.

Neither was charged with felony computer crimes, child endangerment or contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

After Rachel’s Jan. prostitution arrest she posted to JohnTV that she was “…sorry for everyone I hurt, or embarrassed.” Rachel went on to say that “…all I can do is become a better woman, mother and wife. If you choose to let this incident define me as a person then I feel sorry for you.” (see entire post below)

Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater’s continued lax attitude towards pimping and prostitution is most likely what has empowered Rachel to continue in her criminal ways and actually let her actions “define her as a person.”

10/1/2015 – Norman, OK — Two Norman sisters are facing felony records after being arrested for engaging in Internet prostitution earlier this month.

Most people will tell you that their is often a special bond that sisters share… They confide in each other, they tease each other, they laugh, they cry and they always know they have each other’s back. And, according to recently filed court paperwork, they also turn tricks together online…

According to court records, on Sept. 15 an investigator with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit responded to an ad on Backpage.com posted by a young caucasian woman calling herself “Lilly” and exclaiming,  “…Who wants to come be naughty with me?” (see actual ad at bottom of article)

The OBN undercover officer called the number listed in the ad and spoke to a woman who called herself “Star.”

“Star” directed the undercover officer to room at the Super 8 Motel on West Main in Norman.

The undercover officer arrived around 10:30 p.m. and immediately gave the woman in the room $200 after she agreed to “full sex” and produced a condom.

The undercover officer then gave the take-down signal and other agents arrived to help place the woman into custody. According to public records, members of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit were assisting in this operation.

While processing “Star” at the scene, her identity was revealed as 20-year-old Ashley AnnaMarie Campbell.

Also arrested at the scene was Campbell’s 22-year-old sister Kia Kalene Campbell – who was found hiding in the motel room’s bathroom.

According to investigators, Kia rented the motel room and both Campbells admitted to engaging in prostitution.

Kia’s troubles only got worse when investigators located crystal meth  and cocaine in her purse.

Both Kia and Ashley were transported to the Cleveland County Jail.

You may be asking yourself how two sisters even approach the conversation of prostituting together online.

A quick look at Kia Campbell’s publicly available Facebook timeline may provide a glimpse into how that conversation started just ten days before they were busted… (click for larger version)

After the motel room had been secured, undercover officers in the parking lot noticed two black males approach the motel room and begin knocking on the door.

When the undercover officers approached the men and identified themselves, the men ran away on foot.

One of the men “tried to get into an oncoming vehicle but was taken into custody by the Oklahoma City Police Department Vice Unit and OBN agents.” That man was identified as Sigmund Lamar James, 27.

When officers searched James’ cell phone they found evidence that leads investigators to believe he “was aiding the previously arrested females in prostitution and checking in on the females.”

While inventorying James’ vehicle for impound, investigators located a baggie containing meth residue.

On Tuesday Ashley Campbell was formerly charged in Cleveland County with felony computer crimes and engaging in prostitution.

Ashley’s sister Kia Campbell was charged the same day with engaging in prostitution and felony possession of CDS.

James was charged with obstructing an officer and felony possession of CDS.

Kia has prior criminal cases for petit larceny, contributing to the delinquency of a minor (to include her younger sister Ashley and others), harboring a runaway child, possession of marijuana, obstructing an officer.

James has a laundry list of priors that include domestic abuse, underage alcohol possession, assault and battery, grand larceny, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, possession of firearm while on probation, open container, driving while impaired, DUI, driving under revocation, public drunk, driving without insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of stolen vehicle, and false impersonation.

Both of the Campbell sisters are apparently single mothers. It is unclear if either has full custody of their children.

10/1/2015 – Alexandria, LA — A Oklahoma man is facing serious criminal charges after it is alleged he solicited prostitution from a juvenile in Louisiana.

According to published reports, Shawn L. Lindsey, 43, of Mangum, Oklahoma was booked into the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office on criminal complaints of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, solicitation of prostitution, prostitution involving juveniles and crimes against nature by solicitation.

Lindsey’s arrest is the result of an investigation by the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations Special Victims Unit in the Alexandria field office.

The allegations against Lindsey stems from an online ad that was soliciting sex.

At some point during the investigation, investigators allege Lindsey began asking for sex with an adult and a juvenile. Lindsey reportedly showed a specific interest in “performing several heinous sexual acts with the juvenile.”

An official law enforcement press release states that Lindsey “…had in his possession several deviant sexual items” when arrested.

Lindsey is currently being held on a $400,000 bail.

Investigators say they believe there may be other victims in Louisiana and in other states – to include Oklahoma.

10/6/2015 – OKC, OK — Doing things together as a couple is very important to a long and loving marriage – And a weekend getaway to Oklahoma City’s Bricktown Canal District can be a wonderful way to rekindle the relationship…. There’s a plethora of mediocre places to eat, a romantic stroll along the drainage ditch canal, a completely overhyped bowling alley, and laser tag and mini golf at Brickopolis. But, according to court records, a Cache couple in town for the weekend decided to enjoy Bricktown in a way you probably won’t see featured in any glossy brochures…

Around 8 p.m. last March, a husband and wife staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bricktown responded to what they thought was an ad for prostitution on Backpage.com

In reality, the ad had been posted by members of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Tourist Welcoming Committee Vice Unit.

The faux hoe agreed to meet the couple around 9:30 p.m. at the Bricktown hotel.

According to court records, after the female undercover officer arrived, the husband negotiated a price of $150 so that he could have sex with the undercover officer and another $150 for the undercover officer to engage in oral sex with his wife.

The female undercover officer then gave the takedown signal – which we are going to pretend was “Ewww, God, No!” – and the swinger couple from Cache was taken into custody.

Both were released from the Oklahoma County Jail after posting a $500 bond.

The couple has since been identified as Dusty Don Young and Crystal Gail Young – both listed as 35-years-old and living in the 800 block of N. 5th in Cache.

Apparently the Oklahoma County DA’s office is into April Fool’s jokes because on April 1st they filed felony criminal charges against the Young’s for offering to engage in an act of prostitution/lewdness.

Those charges though were dismissed by the DA’s office this past June.

Unfortunately for the Young’s, the DA’s office refiled the criminal charges in July – this time however as only misdemeanors.

By law the couple faces a misdemeanor criminal conviction/record, 30-days to one year in jail, $2,500 in fines, 40-80 hours of community service, a health check, 90-day vehicle impoundment plus costs, court costs, fines, and legal fees.

In reality they will most likely receive deferred sentences (no formal conviction or criminal record), a small fine, plus court costs, and supervision fees.

No other criminal record could be located for the Young’s.

Both Young’s are scheduled to next appear in court on Nov. 18, 2015.

10/12/2015 – Below is a segment that appeared on 20/20 about former Olympian Suzy Favor-Hamilton who lived a double life as a high-priced Vegas prostitute.

This episode gives an interesting perspective of someone who appeared to have it all but then succumbed to devastating depression and undiagnosed bipolar disorder – turning her life and her marriage upside down.

While addiction, mental abuse and physical violence are often the catalyst to someone’s involvement in prostitution – mental illness is often a reason that goes ignored and even when identified often makes society see an individual as much less deserving of the label ‘victim.’

Suzy Favor Hamilton recently released a memoir entitled: Fast Girl: A Life Spent Running from Madness.

Without the benefit of reading the book, I tend to agree with this review posted to Amazon; “…But the book has a disturbing scream of “look at me” that seems to be the larger statement. Yes, Suzy is a victim of her illness. Yes, she grew up with tremendous pressure (much self-inflicted) to “win.” But I was left with the feeling that the recent publicity explosion is just another manic chapter in a life of addictions. From the interview on 20/20, to the Dr. Phil feature, and countless articles promoting the release of the book, it is just more frenzy. Every chapter in the book is separated with 2 italicized pages of “insight” into mental illness, providing evidence that the book is intended to be something of a teaching tool. Sadly, I ended the read feeling concern for Suzy that she has traded one high for another, and continues to sacrifice her family in the process…”

10/28/2015 – Edmond, OK — A woman at the center of a recently busted Edmond brothel, run by her University of Central Oklahoma senior pimp and boyfriend, appears on an Internet ad for an Edmond massage parlor as a warrant is issued for her arrest on a shoplifting charge.

JohnTV has several times now reported on 21-year-old Rachel Lauren Herrera of Del City – starting back in January, after her former ‘John,’ turned boyfriend, turned pimp – Ali Hussain Al-Yousuf – was busted advertising on Backpage.com a brothel he was running out of his upscale Edmond apartment.

The Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office, in its infinite wisdom, choose to ignore the fact Herrera and Al-Yousuf committed felony computer crimes and had both their infant daughter and Herrera’s underage sister at their brothel apartment while they were inviting strangers over to pay for sex.  The couple was only charged with misdemeanor offenses; Al-Yousuf with maintaining a house of prostitute and aiding and abetting prostitution and Herrera with engaging in prostitution. Both received deferred sentences (probation only, no official conviction or record) earlier this year – because, as DA David Prater has publicly stated, he has a policy of being more lenient on younger prostitution and human trafficking offenders (aka, I don’t have the balls to do the job I was elected to do).

Prater’s leniency naturally only encouraged Herrera and Al-Yousuf’s delusions of being the next Bonnie and Clyde – as is apparent in these Facebook images Al-Yousuf posted following Prater’s ‘Hug-A-Thug’ version of justice….

Oh, and the fact that only seven days after pleading guilty to prostitution, Herrera was charged with felony larceny of merchandise from a local Target Store (and once again she involved her underage sister). Al-Yousuf, after being arrested and held by immigration in Tulsa, had a warrant issued for his arrest in Sept. on an application to accelerate his deferred pimping sentence.

Additionally, just last Wednesday, Herrera appeared in a Backpage.com ‘body rubs’ ad for Empire Massage Studio in Edmond (West 15th and Fretz). You can see the ad below… (Rachel is featured in the bottom right as ‘Alex’)

Oddly enough, Empire Massage removed Herrera’s photo in their most recent ad, posted today.

JohnTV has no idea why Herrera’s photo was removed from Empire’s ad, if Herrera even still works there, or if her employment included acts of prostitution. What we do know is that yesterday a new warrant was issued for Herrera’s arrest for failure to appear in court on her felony larceny charge.

10/19/2015 – OKC, OK — A former Minco reserve police officer has been found guilty of sex crimes perpetrated against women working as prostitutes online.

JohnTV was the first to break the story of the arrest and subsequent criminal charges against then 26-year-old Brett William Johnson back in August of last year. You can read more details about Johnson in JohnTV’s follow-up articles posted in Sept. and Dec. of last year.

According to court records (see actual affidavits below), while working night security jobs at Oklahoma City apartment complexes, Johnson would reply to ads for prostitution posted to Backpage.com. Johnson would request a female to come to his location. When the female arrived, Johnson would use his position as a security officer to detain the women and then sexually assault them. The assaults reportedly occurred at the Oakleaf Apartments on NW 19th St. and the Cottages at Hefner Road apartments.

Johnson was ultimately charged in Oklahoma County with three counts of sexual battery, one count of rape in the second degree, two counts of kidnapping, one count of forcible oral sodomy and one count of pointing a firearm at another.

On Oct. 16, a jury composed of five women and seven men found Johnson guilty of six of the eight counts (not guilty on rape in the 2nd degree and one count of sexual battery).

The jury recommend a total sentence of 53-years (if served consecutively), though Johnson could be sentenced to as little as 20-years if ordered to serve his sentence concurrently.

Johnson is next scheduled to appear before a judge on November 30.

10/28/2015 – Tulsa, OK — A Tulsa prostitute is warning others that her competition is allegedly stealing valuables from client’s motel rooms – and by ‘clients’ she means ‘Johns.’ Also known as mostly married men who sliver around in anonymity handing scraps of cash over to often drug addicted women desperate and criminal enough to steal your stuff when that $20 bill you tossed at them just won’t cut it.

According to a post on a pro-prostition website that JohnTV monitors (see actual post below)… “Tessa off Backpage is a thief.” (click for larger version)

So, naturally, JohnTV decided to jump into the middle of this cat fight and go looking to identify ‘Tessa.’

Even though ‘Tessa’ has apparently removed her ads from Backpage, we were able to find cached versions online (see actual ads below)…

Without much effort, JohnTV was able to identify ‘Tessa’ as Toni Jo Wallace of Tulsa.

Several of her publicly posted Facebook photos match the photos in the Backpage prostitution ads discussed in PolishedTouch’s thread.

A motive as to why Wallace might have jumped from prostitution to robbery may be revealed in her criminal resume…

According to online records, Wallace most recently pleaded guilty in a Tulsa County court to felony possession of meth with the intent to distribute. This past July, Wallace was sentenced to six years in prison (suspended), $500 fine, $250 VCA, and other court costs.

11/1/2015 – Corona, CA — A california nut job (also quite possibly Johnny Depp’s long lost psychotic brother)  and amateur meteorologist – best known for his colossal failures at predicting weather mayhem and threats against Facebook, Google and even an Oklahoma City narcissistic weather personality – was apparently arrested for soliciting prostitution earlier this year (and has created totally fake ‘evidence’ to prove his innocence).

According to court records, back in March, 30-year-old Corona, CA. resident Kevin Douglas Martin (aka ‘K-Mart’) was arrested for soliciting prostitution – well, actually, he was reportedly initially only given a summons for prostitution and released. He wasn’t arrested until he allegedly returned to the scene, made a complete ass of himself and then was promptly arrested for resisting arrest.

None of this would really even be worth mentioning if it wasn’t for Douglas’ widely reported reputation of working Facebook soccer moms and crazy cat ladies into a frenzy over totally bogus and most often apocalyptic weather forecasts. So much so that even the National Weather Service couldn’t ignore Martin any longer and had to issue their own Red Flag Ignore This Batshit Crazy Loon Alert.

According to a Corona Police Department ‘disclosure of complaint information’ (see actual document below), on March 11 around 6 p.m., Martin “texted a phone number engaging in the solicitation of prostitution. Subject was arrested and cite released. Subject later returned to location of arrest impeding the on-going police investigation. Subject refused to leave and was subsequently arrested for the additional charge.”

Reportedly this all went down (unfortunately not literally for Martin) in the 1000 block of Pomona Rd. in Corona, CA.

According to an online court records search (JIMS), Martin was set to next appear before a Corona judge on the morning of June 10.

JohnTV made a records request to get the current disposition of Martin’s prostitution and obstruction case and we received the following reply…

As you can see, no additional information is available regarding Martin’s prostitution arrest – other than its still pending adjudication.

Martin himself though has responded to his prostitution arrest in a very predictable manner. Martin now claims this entire arrest is a result of his diligence in pointing out how easy it is to spot an undercover police prostitution sting. So easy in fact that he just happens to have the proof he never really solicited anyone. In a LiveLeak video posted March 31 (posted 20-days after his arrest) Martin engages in what is obviously a totally staged conversation with ‘a friend.’ Martin claims the conversation takes place just before his arrest and proves he’s innocent. In reality, Martin is doing the only thing Martin has ever done in his life – Lie, Lie, Lie.

Lets just hope the Corona Police Dept. and DA’s office is no mood for Martin’s shenanigans and throw the book at him with additional felony charges.

As reported locally by TheLostOgle, back in Jan. of last year, Martin got into a bit of a spat with Oklahoma’s own weatherman wacko – Aaron ‘Super Pecks’ Tuttle  – after Super Pecks called Martin out on his then most recent unsubstantiated catastrophic weather prediction…

Martin apparently went into a category 5 departure from reality when he read Super Pecks’ Tweet and responded in a totally rational way by threatening to post an article alleging Super Pecks is a child molester.

In fact Martin did post the article on his since deleted website TheWeatherSpace.com – you can read a cached copy here.

Embarrassingly, Martin has a second tie to Oklahoma.

Apparently the religious zealots at the Bethany based Southwest Radio Ministry proved once again if a person wears the public label ‘Good Christian’ then they can apparently do no wrong.

According to a posted YouTube video (see bottom of this article) dated Jun. 29, 2013 – Martin was a guest of the Southwest Radio Ministry (SWRC) after the devastating EF5 tornadoes wreaked havoc in Oklahoma in May of that same year. Martin was introduced on the program as the “senior meteorologist and CEO of TheWeatherSpace.com [who] appears to be one weatherman who is very accurate in his predictions. In some case being more correct than the national weather service.” Of course, after falsely introducing Martin as some sort of weather expert, SWRC got down to what is really most important to them…. “So, Brother Martin, what church are you a member of?” (excuse me while I throw-up) You Can see (listen to) the entire interview below.

11/7/2015 – The following is from an article published to empowermagazine.com this past Wednesday, entitled, ‘More states separate prostitution from human sex trafficking,’ by Rebecca Beitsch.

Below is an excerpt from the article that deals specifically with prostitution and human trafficking in Oklahoma and the efforts of law makers and law enforcement to positively impact the problem locally;

…In the past decade, states have dramatically changed laws targeting the sex trade to distinguish between voluntary prostitution and the trafficking of women and girls who are forced or coerced into selling sex. Victims can be trafficked locally or across state lines by pimps or by organized crime syndicates…

…Before the new laws, states primarily dealt with the sex trade by charging sex workers, usually women, with prostitution. Many of those laws remain on the books, but states are supplementing them with “safe harbor” laws that protect minors—and sometimes adults—who can prove they were coerced into selling sex…

…”Existing laws were inadequate because we weren’t going after the true offenders,” said Oklahoma state Rep. Sally Kern, a Republican who pushed for a measure that allows police to use wiretapping (with a judge’s approval) to investigate sex trafficking…

…Kern, the Oklahoma legislator, said victims’ reluctance to testify against traffickers is one reason she pushed for the state’s new wiretapping laws…

…”These women are very wary of police, so you only have one chance to really ask questions or it could be years,” before police have another opportunity to try and work with them, said Lt. Doug Kimberlin, who heads the vice unit for the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Oklahoma has a safe harbor law for girls 15 and under; those who are between 16 and 17 are presumed to be victims of human trafficking, though they may be charged with prostitution, according to Kimberlin.

Kimberlin said it can be difficult to determine whether someone is a prostitute or a trafficking victim.

“It’s hard to convince me a 15-year-old woke up one day and said ‘I’m tired of going to school, I’m going to go work the truck stops,’ ” he said.

The challenge is keeping the girls away from the pressures that forced them into sex work in the first place. Kimberlin said most do not have supportive families to return to, and he wants the state to provide more resources for them.

He said many girls often age out of the safe harbor laws without leaving sex work behind, especially those who started very young and feel it is the only marketable skill they have. Even if they return to sex work willingly, it’s easy to encounter the same violence and coercion, so many cycle in and out of exploitation…

11/11/2015 – OKC, OK — A man, who until recently was the finance manager for a luxury car dealership in Oklahoma City, has pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution and been sentenced to probation.

As reported by JohnTV back in July., 34-year-old Kirk Douglas Kiespert was arrested as part of a pre-Independence Day prostitution sting by the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit.

Kiespert was one of eight people arrested in total and one of four arrested at the site of a former central OKC brothel.

According to court records (see bottom of article), on July 1, Kiespert replied to a Backpage.com ad for ‘Body Rubs’ placed by undercover Vice officers and scheduled an appointment.

Around 4 p.m. Kiespert drove to an office building located at 4900 N. Sewell Ave. and paid $60 for a one hour massage.

Once inside the room, Kiespert reportedly “agreed to pay an additional $100 to have sexual intercourse with [the undercover female officer].”

Kiespert was then taken into custody and transported to the Oklahoma County Jail – where he posed for this snazzy new mugshot…

Kiespert posted a $500 bond and was released.

On Aug. 12, Kiespert was formally charged in Oklahoma County with misdemeanor offering to engage in an act of prostitution.

This past Oct. 15, Kiespert appeared before Oklahoma County Judge Russell Hall and entered a pre-negotiated plea of guilty. Kiespert was sentenced to one year deferred (supervised by the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office), a $200 fine, $300 VCA and court costs.

At the time of his arrest, Kiespert listed his address in the 9100 block of Taos Trail in Lone Tree, CO. However, Kiespert’s public Facebook profile clearly showed he resided in Oklahoma City and had recently left his job as the finance manager of Mercedes-Benz of OKC.

Current public records show that Kiespert is now residing in Colorado and working as the finance manager for Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood, CO.

11/11/2015 – OKC, OK — An admitted human trafficker, whom Okla. County DA David Prater previously gave a ‘get out of jail free card’, has had his probation revoked after trying to kill police officers.

JohnTV has several times reported on the despicable pile of human flesh that is 24-year-old Joshua Ray Hudson.

The first time JohnTV covered Hudson was back in May of 2013 after we were the first to report on his arrest for pimping out a pregnant 16-year-old at the Broadway Suites in Edmond.

The second time was in June of 2013 after Hudson was formally charged in Oklahoma County with felony human trafficking (link to charges).

According to court records, undercover Oklahoma City Vice officers and agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit were following up on a report of a pregnant 16-year old female who appeared in advertisements for sex on Backpage.com.

An undercover officer met-up with the teen victim and gave her the $140 she requested for vaginal and oral sex. The teen was then taken into protective custody. Hudson was located nearby and also taken into custody.

After being arrested and mirandized, Hudson told police he posted the ads of the teen on the Internet, suggested what price she should charge and collected money paid to her for sex.

JohnTV again reported on Hudson in Aug. of 2013 after he pleaded guilty to the human trafficking charge. You can read Hudson’s own admission on court documents below…

At sentencing JohnTV learned how little concern Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater has for Oklahoma’s victimized youth when his office agreed to allow Hudson to rescind his guilty plea for human trafficking and instead plead guilty to computer crimes. Based on the amended plea, Hudson was only sentenced to a deferred probation – no official conviction, no criminal record and no justice for Hudson’s young victim (JohnTV article).

*NOTE: DA Prater was caught in an obvious lie in the above quote. Hudson had already pleaded guilty to human trafficking so how could DA Prater claim he had a stronger case for the computer crimes.

Within months of Hudson’s guilty plea and slap on the wrist sentence, Hudson was again arrested. This time Hudson was being chased by police in Seminole County when he began firing shots at them from his vehicle in an attempt to kill pursing officers. When finally taken into custody, after a 16-hour manhunt, Hudson was found in the company of a 15-year-old female who was only wearing a bikini (JohnTV article).

This past Monday the Oklahoma County DA’s office did what it should have done originally and sentenced Hudson to prison – revoking the hug-a-thug probation he was previously sentenced to.

According to court records, Hudson was sentenced to just five-years in prison for violating the terms of his probation.

Its important to note that a five-year term is actually less than the eight years of probation Hudson was originally sentenced to – meaning his probation was not revoked in full and once again Oklahoma County DA David Prater gave this turd a break.

Hudson is still facing 13 serious criminal charges in Seminole County.

11/19/2015 – OKC, OK — A married couple from Cache has pleaded guilty to prostitution related crimes after they were busted in a sting while seeking a threesome in a Bricktown hotel.

JohnTV first reported on Dusty Don Young, 35, and his wife Crystal Gail Young, 35, last month after their March arrest for soliciting sex for cash from a backpage.com ad posted by undercover Oklahoma City Vice officers.

According to court records; the Young’s were in town and staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bricktown. Apparently bored with the tourist trap chain restaurants in the area and not being into the hipster scene, they decided to peruse the adult ads online.

That’s when they’re romantic little weekend turned into a tale they probably won’t be retelling while visiting with family this holiday season.

The Young’s ordered up – what turned out to be a faux hoe – and asked her to come to their room around 9:30 p.m.

After the female undercover officer arrived, Dusty Young negotiated prices of $150 each so that he and his wife could engage in sexual activity with the female.

Once the negotiations were complete, the undercover officer (most likely holding back involuntary reflexes to puke all over the room at the mere though of what she’d agreed to), gave the takedown signal and the Young’s threesome quickly turned into an eightsome as additional officers made their way into the hotel room and took the couple into custody.

The young’s were initially charged with felony ‘prostitution, offering to engage in an act of lewdness.’ But, those charges were eventually dismissed and the charges were refiled as misdemeanors.

Just yesterday Dusty and Crystal Young appeared before Oklahoma County Judge Russell Hall and both pleaded guilty to their crimes.

As previously predicted in our original article, the couple received deferred sentences (2-years supervised), a $100 fine, court costs and were ordered to obtain a health check.

11/20/2015 – Lawton, OK — Six women were arrested in an online prostitution sting this week in Lawton, according to published reports.

Undercover officers with the Lawton Police Department’s  Special Operations Unit responded to ads posted to the adult section of Backpage.com this past Wednesday.

As each of the women arrived to a predetermined location and agreed to exchange specific sexual contact for cash, they were taken into custody.

The women ranged in age from 21 to 44-years-old and have been identified as;

• Lacy Banicki, 21.

The women were reportedly booked into the Lawton City Jail on a criminal complaint of engaging in prostitution.

The Special Operations Unit investigates all vice and narcotics crimes in the area.

Note: JohnTV recognizes Lewis as a woman who regularly solicited along S. Robinson Ave. approx a decade ago. In fact, JohnTV’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates recorded a video interview with Lewis after she was caught on video engaging in sex in a bingo hall parking lot with Oklahoma City bail bondsman Russell Franklin. JohnTV is searching for both of those videos and will be posting them in the future.

11/20/2015 – Mount Joy, PA — A Pennsylvania woman working as a masseuse, advertising ‘Massage & Stress Relief,” is disputing her recent prostitution charge in a pretty unique way… She claims she can’t be a prostitute if she’s giving the sex away for free!

According to published reports, 32-year-old Crystal L. Sweigart, of (are you ready for this) MOUNT JOY, Pennsylvania was arrested and charged with misdemeanor prostitution after police claim to have confirmed her criminal activity and served a search warrant on her home.

Police say neighbors in the area began complaining about the large amount of traffic coming and going from Sweigart’s home. People in the area were suspicious she was dealing drugs, sex or both.

Sweigart claims she’s only guilty of running a massage business without the proper permits and licenses.

“It was massages with free fun after work,” said Sweigart to a Mount Joy news outlet.

Sweigart was arrested this past Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. and released from custody on an unsecured $2,500 bail.

Also arrested and charged with soliciting prostitution were three men after they were seen leaving Sweigart’s home and later reportedly admitting to police in engaging in prostitution. They have been identified as;

• Todd A. Morris, 52, of Middletown.
• Andrew G. Reynolds, 44, of New Cumberland.
• William B. Trousdale, 63, of Harrisburg.

Also arrested;

• Bonnie L. Althouse, 49, of Mount Joy on a felony charge of promoting prostitution.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of;

• Charles E. Ford, 39, of Modena for felony promoting prostitution.

Sweigart allegedly reported that she averaged $400 per day and serviced five to 10 clients.

Althouse and Ford reportedly ran the marketing and administrative side of the prostitution business and posted ads on Craigslist, scheduled appointments and collected money.

No specific evidence proving Sweigart was indeed exchanging cash for sex has been disclosed that JohnTV could find.

Police report seizing money, drugs and sex toys while executing their search warrant.

“Anything that happened when the massage stopped becomes two consenting adults having fun,” Sweigart said. “What I’m complaining about is [police] labeling me a prostitute … I’m not saying that I’m not guilty, I’m just not a prostitute.”

11/20/2015 – Stillwater, OK — An Oklahoma City pimp, and overall scumbag, has been sentenced to two 12-year prison terms stemming from his 2013 arrest in Stillwater during a prostitution sting – but, before you go celebrating, read on….

JohnTV first reported on then 23-year-old convicted felon Markeese Phelps back in Nov. of 2013.

Phelps was just one of 26 people arrested in a massive Stillwater prostitution sting labeled ‘Operation Dragon Slayer.’ The sting was conducted by members of the Stillwater Police Department’s Special Projects Unit and agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit.

According to court records, on Nov. 6 of 2013, at around 8:45 p.m., undercover agents responded to a Backpage.com ad they suspected was advertising prostitution. Over the phone police spoke with a woman by the name of Marie Sinisterra (24-years-old at the time), and negotiated a rate of $180 for an hour of ‘services.’

Phelps reportedly drove Sinisterra to the undercover officer’s Stillwater motel room around 11 p.m. that night.

Phelps and Sinisterra maintained constant cell phone contact after she left his car and went to meet the undercover officer.

Both Sinisterra and Phelps were taken into custody. During a search of Phelp’s vehicle, police located marijuana and prescription narcotics.

Phelps was booked into the Payne County Jail for pandering, transporting another for prostitution and possession of CDS.

On Nov. 18 of 2013, Phelps was charged in Payne County with felony unlawful possession of CDS (subsequent offense) and transporting another for the purpose of prostitution.

Phelps’ Oklahoma criminal resume goes back to 2007 – when Phelps was only 18-years-old – and includes criminal charges for burglary, trafficking cocaine, vehicle theft, possession of CDS, contraband in prison, meth and more.

In fact, when Phelps (using the surname Ward) was only 19 he was charged with the murder of 23-year-old Calvin Atchison outside the former Oklahoma City dance club Fritzi’s II on N. MacArthur Blvd.

Despite Phelps being at the scene of the murder, suffering a gunshot wound (most likely from his victim returning fire) and being identified by a witness as the murderer, prosecutors – under the watch of Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater – were unable to secure a conviction and Phelps was found not guilty.

Almost two years to the day and Phelps’ current cases have now come to a close after he pleaded guilty last Friday.

Phelps was sentenced to 12-years in prison on the CDS charge and one year in the county jail on the pimping related charge.

Phelps was also given 12-years in prison on a different case involving concealing a stolen handgun.

Additionally, Phelps was also given a 10-year prison sentence for giving a false name at the time of his arrest in Perkins during an Oct. 2013 traffic stop.

That’s a well deserved 34-years behind bars for this turd!!!!!!! But wait……

All of which is actually pretty pointless because, as part of Phelps’ plea, all of the above sentences are not only to run concurrently (at the same time), reducing his term to only 12-years, but will also run concurrent with his current 14-year prison sentence he is already serving for a Lawton drug possession case from 2014.

So, in reality, Phelps will serve no additional time for this laundry list of convictions.

That’s ‘justice’ for ya – Oklahoma style.
