8/7/2013 – OKC, OK — A woman who was once considered by many to have been a ‘bottom bitch’ for one of Oklahoma City’s most notorious prostitution and human trafficking rings is set to go before a judge tomorrow to change her son’s name to honor her former pimp.

JohnTV has reported many times on prostitute Elizabeth Andrade, 30, and her close association with the Germaine Coulter and Mario Diaz criminal organizations – organizations that law enforcement claim made upwards of $200,000 per month – literally off the backs of young women they victimized.

Coulter was recently convicted of racketeering related to his human trafficking ring and sentenced to prison. Diaz is still awaiting trial later this month – a trial where JohnTV.com’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates has been subpoenaed to testify.

As reported previously, in March of this year, Andrade filed in Oklahoma County court to officially change the name of her son from Germaine Jordan Andrade to Germaine Coulter III.

No word if little Germaine is being groomed to follow in daddy’s footsteps.

Regardless, little Germaine is living in the style to which big Germaine was accustomed. Court records show that Andrade is living in a $1.4 million dollar mansion in the prestigious gated community of Gailardia in NW Oklahoma City.

Andrade is the daughter of a well known and very wealthy local physician of the same name.

Andrade’s date with the judge is tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.

8/7/2013 – OKC, OK — You Heard It Here First – Probable cause affidavits for two women facing charges of child sex trafficking have been made public.

Kayla Conley and Kristian Gers were both arrested late last month as part of the national and annual anti child-sex-trafficking initiative dubbed Operation Cross Country – a multijuridictional effort utilizing local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Conley, Gers and 58 others were arrested and proudly paraded before the media outside the Oklahoma County Jail as they made their way to booking.

Charges stemming from the week long sting range from ‘Johns’ soliciting prostitution to women selling themselves on South Robinson Ave. to alleged pimping and even more serious allogations of human trafficking.

Conley and Gers so far face the most serious charges and today JohnTV obtained the probable cause affidavits against them.

According to investigators, on July 24, at about 8 p.m., Gers drove Conley and an unidentified 16-year old female to the Sheraton Four Points hotel near the Will Rogers World Airport.

Once there, Gers waited in her vehicle while Conley and the juvenile negotiated with an undercover officer to engage in three-way sex for $460.

All three were arrested and the juvenile was placed in protective custody.

On Aug. 8 felony charges were formally filed against Conley and Gers – exact charges have yet to be released.

Conley is currently being held on a $52,500 bond and Conley is being held on $50,500.

8/7/2013 – OKC, OK — A Skiatook woman who was arrested by local and federal law enforcement in Oklahoma City late last month for prostituting herself has been arrested this week in Tulsa for child sex trafficking.

As previously reported by JohnTV, Alaina Paige Lamecker,23, was one of 60 arrested last month by members of Oklahoma City Vice, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and the FBI during the national annual anti child-sex-trafficking initiative dubbed ‘Operation Cross Country.’

Yesterday Lamecker was arrested in Tulsa by the Tulsa Police Department’s Vice Unit.

According to public records, Lamecker met an undercover officer at the Tulsa Extended Stay Inn & Suites at 8525 E. 41st St. after being contact via an online ad she had placed.

Lamecker was arrested after she introduced the undercover officer to a 14-year-old female she had brought with her and agreed to specific sexual contact with the juvenile in exchange for $120.

Lamecker was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on complaints of human trafficking and felony prostitution within 1,000 feet of a church.

Lamecker’s bail has been set at $101,500.

Lamecker was already out on bond from her Oklahoma City arrest only 10-days ago. In that incident Lamecker was arrested on felony charges illegally possessing a firearm, felony computer crimes and misdemeanor prostitution.

Court records show that Lamecker has a warrant for her arrest in Rogers County for a 2012 conviction for assault and battery.

According to Lamecker’s online profile, she is a single mother who attended Skiatook high school.

During Lamecker’s arrest in Tulsa she gave a Tulsa apartment home address.

8/7/2013 – OKC, OK — Almost 21 months after their initial arrest, an Oklahoma City couple has been charged in Oklahoma County with crimes related to prostitution and pimping.

In Oct. of 2011 Tara Jane English and Jeremy Eugene Steelman were arrested as a result of an undercover prostitution sting.

According to court records, the investigation into English and Steelman began when police utilized a ‘Confidential Informant’ (also known as a “C.I.” and most likely an arrested ‘John’ and former client of English’s turned snitch) to make contact with suspected Internet prostitutes.

The CI made arrangements to meet up with English at the Chieftain Motel in the 8100 block of South Shields Blvd.

Steelman reportedly drove English to the motel and then watched from a business nearby.

English was arrested after she agreed to perform specific sexual acts in exchange for $200.

When undercover officers approached Steeleman and identified themselves, Steelman tried to flee on foot but was captured.

Police arrested Steelman for aiding and abetting prostitution after it was confirmed he rented the motel room for English.

Detectives next met with English in May of 2012 when they made contact with her in the Oklahoma County Jail.

At that time English reportedly told investigators that she and Steelman were in a romantic relationship in August of 2011 when he convinced her she should prostitute to support them.

English claims that Steelman directed her on how to post Internet prostitution ads and told her to charge $150 per hour.

English allegedly admitted to engaging in a great many sexual encounters with strangers between Sept. 2011 and May of 2012.

English estimated that she made between $20,000 and $30,000 dollars – all of which she was forced to hand over to Steelman.

English told detectives that she soon did not want to continue working as a prostitute but that Steelman physically and verbally abused her when she complained.

On July 10, of this year formal charges were filed in Oklahoma County against both English and Steelman.

Steelman is charged with pandering, aiding and abetting prostitution and maintaining a house of prostitution.

English is charged with felony computer crimes and misdemeanor offering to engage in prostitution.

Arrest warrants were issued for both English and Steelman on July 11 and are still in effect.

There are also active warrants against both English and Steelman for 2012 felony charges of possession of a stolen credit and debit cards.

English’s last known address is 2705 NW Moutlon Dr. in Oklahoma City.

Public records show that home to be owned by a Charlie and Jane English.

8/8/2013 – OKC, OK — Seven ‘Johns’ were recently arrested on the same night during a prostitution sting targeting human trafficking – Six of the seven alleged ‘Johns’ have been criminally charged – JohnTV wonders out loud why the seventh is apparently getting special treatment.

JohnTV was the first to report on the May 1st prostitution sting initiated by the newly formed human trafficking enforcement division of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.

OBN spokesperson Mark Woodward told KFOR News Ch4 the following regarding the seven men arrested on prostitution crimes;

“They’re the ones that showed up at a location and made an offer for payment in exchange for services” OBN Spokesperson Mark Woodward said. “People from all walks of life get caught up in this type of lifestyle and that’s very concerning for us.”

One of those ‘people from all walks of life’ is married attorney from Piedmont, William Lowell Nixon.

Nixon, 52, is listed as the chief collection attorney for the law firm Love, Beal & Nixon, P.C. out of Oklahoma City.

The only thing more slimy than an attorney being caught up in a prostitution/human trafficking sting is when said attorney seems to be getting special treatment – and by ‘special treatment’ we mean that, as of this posting, according to public records every alleged ‘John’ except Nixon has been criminally charged.

3. Nghia Thanh Ngu, 30, Oriental male reportedly living in the 2500 block of SW 86th St. in Oklahoma City.
   Arrested for soliciting prostitution.

4. Cody Shane Gray, 23, Caucasian male reportedly living in the 1100 block of East Short Mountain St. in Paris, Arkansas.
   Arrested for soliciting prostitution.

5. Thomas Carroll, 19, Caucasian male reportedly living in the 9800 block of Jericho in Fort Worth, Texas.
   Arrested for soliciting prostitution and displaying a fictitious ID.

6. Saud Aldossari Museebeeh, 26, reportedly lives in the 1000 block of Chowning in Edmond, OK.
   Arrested for aiding and abetting prostitution and felony computer crimes.
   Charged with misdemeanor offering to engage in an act of lewdness/prostitution 7/5/2013 (link).

Noticeable absent from the list of those to be held accountable is Nixon.

And before you go thinking maybe it was just a big ol’ misunderstanding and Nixon was just talking all lawyerie when he said, “I’ll give ya $100 to take a look at what’s in your briefs.” (okay, he didn’t say that, but we are just wondering out loud aren’t we?)

Seems initial steps were taken to charge Nixon when a CPC (Certificate of Probable Cause) was filed with the Oklahoma County Court Clerk on May 3rd.

But, for whatever reason it appears the good ol’ boys office District Attorney’s office has neglected to follow through and make good on OCPD’s public stance of zero tolerance for prostitution offenders. (Hmmm, attorneys looking out for attorneys?)

This wouldn’t be the first time special treatment has been granted to those in a position of influence who found themselves on the seedy side of sex for sale.

In the recent past, prostitution ‘get out of jail free’ cards have been dealt out to a OUHSC surgeon, a Norman millionaire, a newspaper editor and a local attorney who was allowed to pay a bribe make a donation to a local non-profit to avoid criminal charges – to name but a few.

8/12/2013 – OKC, OK — An Oklahoma City man has pled guilty to sending unsolicited texts to a teenager and trying to coerce her into engaging in sex-for-cash.

JohnTV first told you about local 21-year-old pervert Tung Nguyen back in Oct. of 2011.

According to court and police records, Nguyen was at a metro area Walgreens when he approached a 17-year-old female and asked to use her cell phone.

Apparently whatever excuse he used to gain access to the teen’s phone was just a rouse to get her cell phone number and other information.

Hours later the girl began receiving texts from Nguyen that quickly turned sexual and then criminal.

The victim immediately contacted police and showed them the unsolicited text messages.

Nguyen made the investigation for police pretty simple because he reportedly used his name, was very specific about what he wanted and even gave his real home address.

Police arrested Nguyen the same day he targeted his victim – but not before he tried to flee his residence when officers arrived. When captured Nguyen claimed he was only 16-years-old and spoke no English.

In Nov. of 2011 Nguyen was charged in Oklahoma County with misdemeanor offering to engage in an act of lewdness.

On April 4, of this year Nguyen pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three-years deferred, 80-hours of community service, $100 fine and court costs.

No prior criminal record could be found for Nguyen.

Nguyen’s home address is listed as being in the 2600 block of NW 51st street in Oklahoma City.

8/12/2013 – Edmond, OK — A Oklahoma man arrested in Edmond for the sexual human trafficking of a pregnant teenager has pleaded guilty in Oklahoma County.

JohnTV was the first to break the story of the investigation and arrest of 21-year-old Joshua Ray Hudson back in May of this year.

According to police reports and court records, undercover officers received information that a pregnant and missing 16-year-old female was being pimped out on the website Backpage.com.

After confirming the teen’s identity, undercover officers began communicating with her, pretending to be a ‘John’ looking for sex.

Officers were directed to meet-up with the teen at the Broadway Suites at 1305 S. Broadway Ave. in Edmond on the evening of May 9, of this year.

The pregnant teen was taken into protective custody after she allegedly solicited an undercover officer for $140 for specific sexual activity.

Prior to the young girl’s arrest, investigators in the motel parking lot identified two males that appeared to be with the teen girl.

Officers approached the males and identified one as Hudson and the other was not identified in court records because he was a minor.

Records indicate that Hudson later admitted to being the girl’s ‘boyfriend’ and that he had posted the ads online, set her price for sexual activity and collected the money she was paid by responding ‘Johns.’

Hudson had several hundred dollars in cash on him and a credit card that was used to pay for the online ads.

Hudson was formally charged in Oklahoma County with felony human trafficking on May 20, of this year.

On July 3rd Hudson pleaded guilty and was ordered to complete in-custody RID and his sentencing was delayed until April 4, 2014.

Hudson has listed his residence in the past as in the 1200 block of Shannon Lane (Waterloo and Phillips area) in Edmond. However, his most recent court record shows his former residential address as Willow Cliff Apartments in Warr Acres (across the street from Putnam City Original high school).

In a related story, It was uncovered by local bloggers with  TheLostOgle that the FBI and local law enforcement had linked a reporter with the Oklahoman as a ‘John’ who had previously paid to have sex with the teen in this article.

Zeke Campfield was until June a trusted reporter with Oklahoma’s largest newspaper, the Oklahoman.

Campfield first made headlines after he allegedly was seen taking photos up the skirt of high school students at a graduation ceremony.

According to court documents, Campfield allegedly paid the pregnant teen $220 for sex at his residence.

Campfield has not yet been charged with any crime related to prostitution.

8/12/2013 – OKC, OK — An Oklahoma City man accused of a horrific robbery and rape in a park on S. Robinson Ave. has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to life.

JohnTV first reported on the arrest of 21-year-old Bryant Hajaly Villalobos (18 at the time of the crime) back in March of this year.

According to court records, Villalobos approached four young men and a young woman late one night in April of 2010 in Draper Park – located at SW 37 and S. Robinson Ave. in south Oklahoma City.

Villalobos allegedly used a small pistol to rob all five of the people of everything they had on them.

Villalobos then allegedly did the unthinkable, he took the young woman to the playground area and repeatedly raped her at gun point while her boyfriend and three others felt powerless to do anything for fear  the teenage girl would be killed.

Villalobos then reportedly fled to his home at 104 SW Grand Blvd., where he lived with his parents – which backs up to Draper Park and was only feet away from where the crime was committed.

Police responded to the scene and located the personal items stolen from the victims inside Villalobos’s residence. Villalobos then reportedly made a full confession.

In May of 2010 Villalobos was formally charged in Oklahoma County with 12 felonies ranging from robbery with a dangerous weapon to rape and forcible anal sodomy.

While in custody and awaiting trial, Villalobos picked up additional felony charges for possession of contraband in a penal institution.

On March 11, Villalobos pleaded guilty and sentencing was delayed until June.

On June 7, Villalobos was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.

On June 17, Villalobos formerly attempted to withdraw his guilty plea – seems he didn’t like his sentence and was regretting not taking a previous plea deal that would have had him serve only about 15 years in prison.

On July 8, Oklahoma County Judge Ray Elliot denied Villalobos’ motion to withdraw his guilty plea.

The park where this 2010 rape and robbery occurred is also a Oklahoma City Police Department P.A.L. headquarters (Police Athletic League) and known for the regular appearance of prostitutes, pimps and lewd activity.

* Note: This crime does not have any apparent connection to prostitution, but is being reported because JohnTV highlights criminal activity in the S. Robinson area – an area known for prostitution, trafficking and violence against women. 

8/13/2013 – OKC, OK — A controversial billboard near downtown Oklahoma City that some claimed was nothing more than an enticement to lure co-eds into prostitution has been removed and replaced by a more positive message.

JohnTV was the first to report on the billboard by ArrangementFinders.com that appeared last month along I-40 near Eastern Ave.

The ad read, “Hey Students, Need a Summer Job? Date a Sugar Daddy.”

Accompanying press releases from the company behind the ad claim the billboard is specifically targeting co-eds on the nearby Oklahoma City University Campus.

While ArrangementFinders.com deny their website promotes prostitution, JohnTV’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates says that’s exactly what is being promoted to the young people they target.

“By definition a ‘sugar daddy’ arrangement is one where typically an older and financially secure male showers a typically younger and attractive female in need of money with jewelry, trips and cash in exchange for companionship that almost always requires sexual activity,” said Bates.

Bates claims the website in question is simply the equivalent of a modern-day pimp.

“A pimp is an individual that seeks out vulnerable and impressionable females and then coerces them into sexual activity with strangers for money,” says Bates.

Bates voiced his concern about the sugar daddy website on JohnTV’s Facebook page and within hours several like minded followers of JohnTV were contacting the Edmond company that sold the advertising space – Vital Outdoor Advertising – and the local news media.

The controversial billboard was covered by local media outlets FOX25 and News9.

Within 24-hours the billboard was removed under the cover of darkness.

ArrangementFinders claims that their website does not promote prostitution and made it clear they had nothing to do with their own billboards removal.

Company Tweets they are not responsible for ads removal.

Almost immediately the Edmond based anti-trafficking non-profit No Boundaries International stepped up to respond to the questionable advertising.

After agreeing to remove the original billboard, Vital Outdoor Advertising offered to donate to No Boundaries a month of free promotion at that very location (along with placement at at least one additional electronic billboard).

Volunteers and staff with No Boundaries immediately began working on not just a message but a direct response to the ArrangementFinders ads that have been appearing near college campuses in several U.S. states for several months.

Over the weekend the response billboard by No Boundaries went up with the message “You’re Worth More than ‘Easy’ Money!”

The billboard production was paid for with a generous sponsorship donation by local criminal defense attorney Scott Adams.

“I am the father of four and my youngest daughter is just now starting college. Kids face many obstacles and quite frankly make many bad decisions as teenagers and young adults and I just don’t feel this sort of predatory behavior is something she or others like her should have to face,” said Adams.

The No Boundaries billboard points readers to a new website at NeverForSale.com.

The new site contains information on ArrangementsFinders.com and sites like them.

The plan is to reach out to other communities facing similar intrusions by companies like ArrangementFinders and to make their billboard, marketing materials and website available for their own response with a more realistic and positive message.

8/21/2013 – OKC, OK — Yesterday marked the would-be birthday of now deceased ruthless pimp Jermal Omar Turner, aka ‘Stacks,’ and apparently one of his former prostitutes wants us to remember it.

JohnTV previously reported on the April 23, 2012 murder of Turner, allegedly at the hands of a South Robinson Ave. street prostitute.

Word has it that a young black woman who goes by the street name ‘Sweets’ was being harassed by Turner and when Turner got rough with her, she produced a knife and stabbed him one time in the heart – killing him instantly.

14-months later and no one has been charged with Turner’s murder – but we seriously doubt anyone cares much.

Truth be told, Turner’s death has undeniably saved countless young women from his wrath.

One woman Turner seems to still have a grip on is Jessica, a 28-year-old long time drug addict, street prostitute and absentee mother of at least two.

Jessica and at least one other woman (‘Candy’) was being pimped by Turner on Robinson the day he was killed.

After Turner’s death ‘Candy’ was passed along to his cousin, Gregory Keith Crawford, aka ‘Pig,’ while Jessica continues to prostitute herself on the street and online to this day.

Yesterday would have marked Turner’s 35th birthday.

At the spot where Turner was killed Jessica – who refers to Turner a ‘Daddy’ – constructed a crude tribute of balloons, a banner and a custom t-shirt reading, “As you watch over me I’m still ten toes down in these streets.”

The items were attached to a chain-link fence overlooking the sidewalk where Turner died.

Within hours of its placement, the tribute was dismantled – most likely by residents who do not want to see area pimp’s glorified.

8/22/2013 – OKC, OK — A notorious Oklahoma pimp and human trafficker once featured on America’s Most Wanted has pleaded guilty to prostitution related crimes and been sentenced to not very much prison.

JohnTV has reported countless times on Mario Chavez Diaz and his mentor Germaine Coulter.

For years Diaz and Coulter ran a high profile and highly profitable human trafficking and prostitution ring that authorities allege made over $200,000 a month – literally off the backs of those they coerced, threatened, and victimized.

Court records detail how Diaz would often approach teenage girls at local malls (like Penn Square) and try to lure them into prostitution with promises of luxury living, fancy cars, jewelry and nice homes.

JohnTV has a long history of causing as much disruption to the Diaz/Coulter criminal enterprise as possible. Over the years JohnTV’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates has had several of Diaz’s prostituted women arrested and has even confronted Diaz himself when he and a prostitute attacked  another on South Robinson Ave.

In September of 2011 Diaz, Coulter and three women were charged with felony racketeering in regard to their alleged human trafficking and pimping activities and their efforts to conceal the hundreds of thousands in illegal profits.

Before the charges were even filed, Diaz had abandoned his $400,000 home in NW Oklahoma City and fled to Houston. There he is said to have continued his pimping of young women.

In May of 2012 Diaz was featured on America’s Most Wanted during a human trafficking special on the LifeTime channel (see video below).

Diaz was described during the Americas Most Wanted feature;

“Mario doesn’t know how to flip burgers. Mario doesn’t know how to deal dope. Mario doesn’t know how to do anything except be a pimp,” says Oklahoma City Detective Matt Martin. “And Mario’s going to continue to be a pimp until we put him in jail.”

Immediately after the airing Diaz was captured in Texas and extradited back to Oklahoma.

Even though Diaz has amassed a small fortune trafficking young women, he was allowed to force all of us to pay for his defense when he was granted a public defender.

Two years after charges were filed against him, Diaz pleaded guilty this past Tuesday to felony racketeering.

Normally this is the part where is justice is served – unfortunately, justice is often a rare thing in Oklahoma County.

Even though Diaz has spent much of his own life ruining the lives of those he preys upon, Oklahoma County Judge Ray Elliot and Oklahoma County assistant district attorney Jennifer Chance supported a sentence of only 10-years behind bars, followed by 10-years of supervised probation. To add insult to injury, Diaz was only issued a $50 fine and only ordered to pay $50 in victim’s compensation, plus court costs.

Additionally, this sentence was not just for the racketeering case. Prosecutors and Judge Elliot allowed two other felony cases against Diaz to be combined with this sentence – one felony case for a domestic assault and battery resulting in great bodily injury and another  felony case for attempting to intimidate a witness into not testifying against him.

To put Diaz’s 10-year sentence into perspective…. Judge Ray Elliot in 2009 sentenced 56-year-old Cecilia Rodriguez to LIFE IN PRISON after she pleaded guilty to shoplifting two purses. Judge Elliot justified his sentence because Rodriguez was a drug addict with a long history of theft related crimes. According to published articles, Elliott says Rodriguez needed to be in prison for the rest of her life and called her a, quote, “one-person crime wave.”

Apparently Judge Elliot feels more compassion for handbags than for our daughters.

Diaz is also receiving credit for time already served and the courts have agreed to administrative review this sentence on Sept. 3, 2015. All-in-all this means Diaz may only serve an additional 7-8 years before he is released back into society.

8/29/2013 – OKC, OK — If there is one video that generates the most interest and inquiries from viewers its the 2002 interview JohnTV’s Brian Bates did with Yvonne Adcock.

In 2001 Yvonne was in her 30′s, an admitted ‘crack head’ and turning tricks on South Robinson Ave.

Looking at her, many within the public would and did find comfort in labeling her a ‘failure’ – an adult woman who has made the choice to do drugs and sell herself – not a victim, and certainly undeserving of our pity or concern.

But that’s often the comfort found in denial, self-centeredness, and the lack or inability of understanding.

You see, Yvonne’s path was forced upon her.

Yvonne, like so many ‘adult prostitutes’ on the streets is simply a child prostitute society rejected. And when child prostitutes go unnoticed they have no choice but to often become adult prostitutes.

Yvonne’s path was not her own choosing…..

Yvonne came from a broken home, an abusive system and ultimately her first pimp was her own mother at the age of 12.

Yvonne’s mother sold her daughter’s body, virginity and her future for $500 so she could satisfy her craving for drugs.

When those who are supposed to love you unconditionally turn their back on you, how can you ever trust others, yet alone find the confidence to trust yourself?

For the next 25 plus years Yvonne worked every manner of prostitution known all across the United States.

Ultimately in 2001 Yvonne found herself back on South Robinson Ave., where so many lost souls have been lured in the past.

She sat down with JohnTV’s Brian Bates and told her story with all the wit and brashness Yvonne is known and loved for.

Months later she sat down for Bates’ camera again – but this time a much more defeated woman.

Yvonne disappeared after that interview and didn’t re-emerge until years later.

Yvonne has fought tooth and nail to save her own life while acknowledging the humanity and inhumanity of others within our society.

Yvonne’s struggle is not over, but her fight has enlightened, encouraged and inspired so many others.

8/24/2013 – OKC, OK — A former high ranking member of the Coulter/Diaz human trafficking and prostitution ring apparently hasn’t learned much from past arrests and is now married and allegedly committing crimes with her new hubby.

JohnTV often gets emails from fans that inquire about high profile individuals highlighted on this website. They often want to know if a person is still prostituting, in prison or if they managed to turn their life around.

JohnTV is beginning a new series called ‘Where are they now?’ (yeah, we know, not a very original title).

Mary Ann Kladky, 26, and her association with the Germaine Coulter and Mario Diaz human trafficking and prostitution rings have been featured on JohnTV several times over the years.

For a time, Kladky was considered by many to be Diaz’s ‘Bottom Bitch.’

According to court records, Kladky began her adult criminal resume while still a teenager.

In 2004 two different women sought victim’s protective orders against Kladky when she was only 17-years old. One of those women, Angelita Castellano, would later fall victim to Kladky in 2006 when Kladky and Diaz attacked her at knife point and JohnTV’s own Brian Bates had to come to Castellano’s aid (see video below).

Klady and Diaz were charged and later pleaded guilty to felony assault and battery.

Klady and Diaz picked up additional charges related to the assault after they tried to intimidate their victim into not testifying against them.

At only 18-years of age Kladky was arrested, charged and convicted of not only engaging in prostitution but also for maintaining a house of prostitution (acting as a madame).

Two months later Kladky was arrested and convicted again for prostitution.

At 20 Kladky was already on her third prostitution charge in Oklahoma County and was very much a part of Mario Diaz’s extension Germaine Coulter’s prostitution and human trafficking crime ring.

Bates caught Kladky in 2006 prostituting on S. Robinson Ave. and then engaging in sex with a ‘John’ next to a church (see video below – and the popup version is here).

Around this same time Kladky and another of Diaz’s prostitutes, Heather McKenzie, approached Bates in a vehicle and pointed a realistic fake gun at him. Bates gave chase and police arrested

Kladky picked another prostitution charge in 2007.

In 2009 Kladky was charged by the state for failure to pay child support.

In 2011 Kladky and another woman were charged with prostitution – Klady’s fifth prostitution charge if you’re keeping count.

Also in 2011 Kladky was charged and convicted of DUI (drugs) and driving under suspension in Cleveland County.

Rumor has it that for a short period of time Kladky cleaned up her act a bit and worked as a motel maid and then a hair-stylist in NW Oklahoma City.

Unfortunately, that clean streak apparently didn’t last for long.

Which brings us up to Klady’s current criminal charges.

In December of 2011 Kladky and her then boyfriend Jamie Jerel Coursey, 25, were arrested and charged with felony larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

Apparently not quite done with her shopping, and just three days before Christmas 2011, prosecutors allege Kladky committed felony burglary – Klady and Coursey’s trials have been tentatively set for November of this year.

And if you think Klady’s criminal resume is impressive, just wait till you read Coursey’s….

At 20-years old Coursey, known on the streets as ‘Big Head’, pleaded guilty to drug possession and later to violating his deferred sentence.

At 22-years old Coursey was convicted of domestic assault and battery - which most likely means he likes to beat on women.

In 2011, 23-year old Coursey was once again arrested, charged and convicted of possession of drugs (marijuana and cocaine) and destruction of evidence.

A protective order was issued against Coursey after he allegedly threatened to kill the mother of his child in 2011 – which was soon followed by an incident where Coursey was arrested and subsequently convicted of….. you guessed it, domestic abuse by strangulation.

In June of 2011 Coursey was convicted in Logan County of two more felonies – falsely impersonating another to create liability and threatening to perform an act of violence.

In late 2011 Coursey was charged with felony possession of contraband in a penal institution.

In June of this year a criminal probable cause affidavit was filed in Oklahoma County against Coursey on unnamed charges.

Also in June of 2011 it appears Coursey’s ‘baby mamma’ filed a petition for paternity against him in Logan County – in August the courts determined, in their best Maury Povich impersonation, that “You’re the father!” and ordered Coursey to pay child support.

With all that going for them, naturally this ghetto Bonnie and Clyde decided the best plan of action was to get hitched.

Just a little over a month ago, Kladky and Coursey tied-the-knot in Oklahoma County.

Though Kladky and Coursey obviously knew each other in 2011, when Kladky was most recently charged with prostitution, (you’ll recall Kladky and Coursey allegedly committed a larceny together in December of that year) it is not known if Coursey played any role in Kladky’s efforts to prostitute herself.

That said, according to Coursey’s Facebook page, he idolizes Robert Beck – better known as ‘Iceberg Slim‘ – the famous pimp turned author from the mid to late 1900′s.

But its not all bad news on Coursey’s public Facebook postings, just this month he posted that he was done with his life of crime…..

Of course, that was followed with some apparent reference to an ongoing criminal case against Coursey and how he hired some expensive lawyer to get him out of trouble…

We are guessing ‘she’ is Judge Cindy Troung and the case is his 2011 domestic strangulation case (unconfirmed).

Another interesting Facebook exchange was a response posted by Kladky on Coursey’s page after some other female apparently made a derogatory comment regarding Kladky and Coursey’s marriage.

Just one word…… ‘CLASSY.’

JohnTV will continue to follow the criminal cases of Kladky and Coursey and we hope their recent marriage and the fact they are raising children together will motivate them to get on and stay on a straight path.

9/5/2013 – OKC, OK — The girlfriend of an admitted serial killer whose victims allegedly included prostitutes in Oklahoma is set to be released today from prison after serving less than half of her sentence for manslaughter.

Rachel Cumberland, 44, was convicted of manslaughter in the 2005 death of a 20-year-old woman in Neshoba County, Mississippi.

Cumberland and her then boyfriend John Robert Williams were convicted of murdering the woman after meeting her in a casino.

Williams received a sentence of life in prison. Cumberland was given 20-years in prison – however, today’s release means she will have only served 8-years or 40% of her original sentence.

Cumberland has confessed to killing more than 30 individuals. Authorities think Cumberland may actually be responsible for approximately 14 murders.

Authorities believe Williams and Cumberland were behind the murders of several street prostitutes, starting in 2002, along two major interstates – dubbed the Truck Stop Serial Killings, Williams has been often called the ‘Big Rig Killer.’

It was determined that one or more serial killers were operating during this time along Interstate 40 after a criminal pattern emerged; the bodies of murdered women were being dumped along the Interstate 40 corridor in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Williams, who was a semi-truck driver allegedly targeted women involved in prostitution and that Cumberland was often used to gain the women’s trust.

Locally, Williams and Cumberland are suspects in the murders of UCO student Jennifer Hyman, of Oklahoma City, Samantha Patrick of Yukon, and Casey Jo Pipestem.

Williams and Cumberland were charged in the murder of Hyman, but those charges were later dismissed due to a lack of evidence.

In July JohnTV reported that Cumberland was recently criminally charged in Texas with the abduction, rape and murder of Pipestem from an Oklahoma City truck stop in 2004.

No word why Cumberland has not been charged in Pipestem’s murder.

Williams will not actually face a trial in Texas unless/until he is set for release from Mississippi.

Cumberland, who has for the last 8-years been known as Inmate #R9323 will be released from the Central Mississippi Correctional Facility as a part of their ‘Earned Release Supervision’ program.

Because of the serial killings from 2002 to 2004, the FBI announced the creation of the Highway Serial Killings Initiative.

Each dot represents where a body has been dumped along a highway in the last 30-years.

8/29/2013 – OKC, OK — Another South Robinson pimp has been convicted of violent crimes against women in Oklahoma County – and given far too lenient of a sentence.

JohnTV has previously reported on local scumbag Henry T. Thornton and his one man crime wave on South Robinson Ave. (see video at bottom of article).

Thornton, known on the streets as ‘T-Nutty’ has terrorized women for years by pimping them, robbing them, beating them and even raping them.

Thornton wasted no time starting a criminal resume for himself – in 1998 at only 18-years old Thornton pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine in Oklahoma County.

By 20 Thornton was convicted of being in possession of a stolen vehicle and was eventually sent to prison on a revocation.

At 21 Thornton was convicted of larceny of merchandise from a retailer in Canadian County and given 60-days in jail.

That same year Thornton was charged with grand larceny in Cleveland County and ultimately given 30-days in jail.

In 2004 Thornton was convicted of offering to engage in prostitution in Oklahoma County.

At 25-years old Thornton was once again convicted of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia – after prior convictions – and sent back to prison.

In 2006 Thornton was convicted of pimping and that too resulted in a prison sentence.

Even though Thornton was sentenced to six-years in prison for various crimes – including pimping – he was released after only three-years and immediately returned to a life of crime.

Upon his release, JohnTV’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates was eager to remind Thornton he was not welcome on S. Robinson Ave.

Bates was tipped off to Thornton’s whereabouts on Thornton’s 30th birthday – an apartment on SW 33 and S. Robinson Ave.

When Bates, and a local business owner, located Thornton, Bates ran Thornton for warrants and learned that he had an outstanding city ticket – for of all things….. jaywalking!

Bates decided to reunite Thornton with his jail buddies on his birthday by contacting the City Marshal’s office and notifying them of Thornton’s location and active arrest warrant.

Less than a year after Thornton’s December 2009 early prison release for pimping, Thornton committed his most atrocious crime.

On the evening of July 12, 2010, Thornton reportedly asked a woman he encountered leaving a store if she would give him a ride. When she refused, Thornton kidnapped her, sexually assaulted her and robbed her.

It didn’t take investigators long to identify Thornton as the suspect after the victim’s vehicle was located near Thornton’s mother’s residence.

Thornton was arrested, charged and subsequently pleaded guilty on Sept. 21, of this year to kidnapping, two counts of sexual battery and robbery.

Despite Thornton’s extensive criminal background and the fact he committed these most recent crimes while on a early release from prison, Oklahoma County prosecutor McConnell and Oklahoma County Judge Watson apparently think a mere eight-year prison sentence is all that is warranted for these horrendous crimes.

Thornton will be on probation for 20-years after his release and will be required to register as a sex offender.

9/10/2013 – Tulsa, OK — A 17-year veteran with the Tulsa Police Department has been arrested on felony complaints of soliciting prostitution within 1,000′ of a church and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony crime.

Corporal David Turner, 52, of Broken Arrow was taken into custody last Wednesday around 3 p.m. after he reportedly gave an undercover officer posing as a prostitute $40 for specific sexual contact.

The sting went down at the Executive Inn, located at 11328 E. 11th St.

According to authorities, Turner’s arrest was the culmination of an extensive internal affairs investigation into alleged criminal activity by Turner.

The sting involved members of both the Tulsa Police Department’s Special Investigations Division and agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBN).

When Turner was taken into custody officers reportedly found him in possession of a loaded handgun.

Turner was released from jail the following day after posting a $11,500 bond.

Turner reportedly has worked for the Tulsa Police Department since 1996.

Turner has since been placed on administrative leave with pay.

No charges had been filed at the time of publication.

9/10/2013 – OKC, OK — An Oklahoma City man arrested in June for soliciting sex from a minor has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to prison.

JohnTV reported on the arrest of Mark Daniel Owens in June after he contacted what he thought was a 15-year-old female and arranged to have sex with her.

In reality Owens had contacted an undercover officer with the Sheriff’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit.

According to authorities, after Owens first replied to a bogus online profile he sent multiple and explicit text messages detailing the sex acts he wanted to perform on the juvenile (that didn’t exist).

Owens was taken into custody in Canadian County at a convenience store near Mustang Rd. and Reno Ave.

Owens reportedly told officers that he was stupid and should have known better.

According to court records, Owens listed his home address as in the 2800 block of SW 31 Street in Oklahoma City.

Owens was subsequently charged with felony unlawful communication by use of technology.

On July 10, Owens pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two-years in prison with an additional three-years of probation.

Owens must also register as a sex offender and pay a $500 fine, $500 VCA and all court costs.

Note: To put Owens’ sentence in perspective – Owens only attempted to lure a (non-existent) 15-year old into having sex with him. Had the 15-year old existed, she would have been one-year or less from being able to legally have sex with Owens without anyone committing a crime.

However, over in Cleveland County (think Moore/Norman) a total scumbag  named Teddy Dean Davis, 27, actually raped a six-year-old autistic boy (after being invited over to commit the rape by the boy’s father) and DA Greg Mashburn agrred to a plea deal wherein Davis would also only serve two-years in prison also!

And, over in Oklahoma County, 79-year-old Robert S. Walker actually had sex with a 14-year-old female neighbor on more than one occasion.

Walker’s defense? He said he thought the juvenile was a hooker.

In a plea deal, even though Walker was charged with two felony counts of lewd acts with a minor,  Walker was allowed to avoid jail all together!

9/13/2013 – OKC, OK — A senior citizen was taken into custody today on criminal charges stemming from an encounter with a prostitute that was caught on tape by JohnTV.

Back in April of this year, JohnTV’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates busted 82-year-old William Vernon York engaged in sexual activity with a street prostitute he had just picked up on South Robinson Ave.

As previously reported on JohnTV, the girl, 20, was actually soliciting while making her way to DHS to watch a video so she could sign up for food stamps – a fact that obviously had little emotional impact on York, who could seem to get in the back of his $40,000 truck and get his pants off fast enough.

Bates turned the resulting video over to police and in May, York was formally charged in Oklahoma County with misdemeanor prostitution related offering to engage in an act of lewdness.

York, who reportedly resides in the 2800 block of N. Harvard Ave. in Oklahoma City, was taken into custody by Oklahoma City police this afternoon.

York is currently being held in the Oklahoma County Jail and should make bond within hours.

9/16/2013 – Tulsa, OK — A Tulsa woman has been arrested and faces human trafficking charges after it is alleged she was pimping out a 15-year-old girl.

According to reports, 25-year-old Alyssa Catherine White was posting ads for prostitution online at Backpage.com.

Last Wednesday, undercover officers with the Tulsa Police Vice Unit and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs responded to one of the ads and were directed to a home in the 3200 block of South 127th East Avenue.

An undercover officer was told by the girl at the residence that she would have sex with him for $100.

When the girl was taken into custody it was learned that she was only 15.

The girl later told officers that she was using an ad placed by White and that White also lives in the residence.

At the same time the juvenile was being taken into custody, White was responding to another undercover officer that was posing as a ‘John’ at the America’s Best Value Inn near 31st Street and Memorial.

Human trafficking can be prosecuted as a federal crime and, if convicted, can result in a sentence ranging from 10 years to life in a federal prison.

White was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on complaints of human trafficking and soliciting prostitution.

White’s bond has been set at $100,100.

In Oklahoma County, White most recently received a deferred sentence to her guilty plea of driving with a suspended license in March of 2011.

In January of 2011 White was also given a deferred sentence after she pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled and dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

In related news, earlier this month a Tulsa police officer was busted in a felony prostitution sting. Last month a woman who had just previously been arrested in OKC during Operation Cross Country was only days later arrested in Tulsa for sex trafficking a 14-year-old girl.

9/16/2013 – Tulsa, OK — An Oklahoma City couple, arrested in Tulsa on a human trafficking complaint, have been named in a federal grand jury indictment earlier this month.

Members of the Tulsa Police Vice Unit arrested Ronald E. Spivey, 47, aka ‘Big Daddy’, and Kimberly Haven, 25, in July outside a Tulsa restaurant.

Details are few, but JohnTV believes that undercover officers in Tulsa placed an ad online – pretending to be a female juvenile needing to make some money. In response, either Spivey or Haven texted the undercover officer, asking ‘her’ to go to Florida or Vegas to make the needed money.

When Spivey and Haven met with what they thought was going to be an underage female, they were taken into custody.

Court records indicate that Haven told officers “she was recruiting girls to prostitute.”

Both Spivey and Haven were booked into the Tulsa County Jail. Spivey’s bond was set at $200,000 and Haven’s at $100,000.

On Sept. 6, both Spivey and Haven were named in a grand jury indictment and described as being involved in a “sex trafficking business with the intent to recruit and prostitute children under the age of 17.”

US Attorney Danny C Williams for the Northern District of Oklahoma says if convicted, Spivey would face a minimum of 10 years in prison and up to a $500,000 fine and Haven would face a maximum of five years in prison and up to $250,000 fine.

The couple remains in custody unable to make bond.

JohnTV readers may recall that Spivey was arrested in Aug. of last year in Oklahoma City during a highly publicized multi-agency prostitution sting that netted 48 arrests.

In that instance, Spivey was arrested and charged with transporting an individual for the purpose of prostitution.

And, in another example of how truly lax Oklahoma County is with pimps, Spivey pleaded guilty in April of this year and was sentenced to only a fine – even though he is a previously convicted felon and a known violent pimp and human trafficker going back to 1998.
