Stillwater Vice and OBNDD arrest 26 in sting; 5 pimps busted!

11/9/2013 (updated 11/10/2013) – Stillwater, OK — Twenty-six people were arrested during a sting last week conducted by the Special Projects Unit of the Stillwater police department and agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs – Five individuals face pimping related charges!

Dubbed ‘Operation Dragon Slayer,’ the two-day sting occurred last Wednesday and Thursday and targeted prostitution advertised and solicited online.

The OBNDD often assists in such investigations to determine if any individuals are victims of, or participating in, human sex trafficking.

Details of the arrests are few, but those taken into custody have been identified as…

Alleged Pimps;

1. Brandon Quincy-Laron (La’ron) Hardwick, 29 (7/26/84), black male, reportedly resides in the 4100 block of NW Expresssway in OKC. Arrested on complaints of pandering and computer crimes.
   Prior misdemeanor charge in Oklahoma County in 2010 for DUI and reckless driving.
   A CPC was filed in Oklahoma County on 11/5/2013 (related to a 11/2/2013 burglary arrest in OK Co.).
2. Leroy Lumpkin Jr., 39 (3/16/74), black male, arrested on complaints of pandering, transportation of an individual for prostitution and possession of marijuana.
   No other criminal record could be readily found.
3. Markeese Karea’Shawn (Krea Shawn / Kreashawn) Phelps (past history of using the last name Ward), 23 (12/30/89), black male, reportedly resides in the 11100 block of N. McKinley in OKC. Arrested in complaints of pandering, transportation of another for prostitution, possession of marijuana and possession of CDS without a prescription.
   1. 2007 felony charge and conviction for burglary.
   2. 2009 felony conviction for trafficking cocaine and vehicle theft.
   3. 2009 charge and conviction for possession of marijuana.
   4. 2009 charge and acquittal for murder in the first degree. (possession of a firearm charges dismissed).
   5. 2010 charge and conviction for possession of contraband in prison.
   6. 2012 charge and conviction for four counts of felony possession of contraband in a prison.
   7. 2013 charge for possession of meth.
   8. 2013 charge for knowingly concealing stolen property.
   9. 2013 charge for false impersonation creating liability and driving without a license.

   Also identified as using the last name Ward and charged with murder in 2009 – JohnTV article.

4. Marty Chavez Wilson, 27 (4/5/86), black male, arrested on complaints of pandering and possession of marijuana.
   No other criminal history could be readily found.
5. Rashad James, 24 (5/10/89), black male, arrested on complaint of pandering and transporting a person for prostitution.
   No other criminal history could be readily located.

Alleged Johns;

1. Alan Louis Bonner, 66 (1/5/47), white male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
   According to LinkedIn, Bonner is currently the Executive Director at the Kappa Psi & Tau Beta Sigma in Stillwater. Bonner is also a celebrated conductor and musician.

   No other criminal record could be found for Bonner.
2. Alonzo Jamaal Alfred II, 23 (11/17/89), black male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
   No other criminal record could be found.
3. Chris Morgan Cato, 39 (1/1/74), white male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
   No other criminal record could be found.
4. Jacob Truitt McCabe, 27 (10/1/86), white male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
   No other criminal record could be found.
5. Justin Allan Wilkerson, 28 (2/22/85), white male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
   No other criminal record could be found.
6. Marshall Wayne Plumb, 53 (9/24/60), white male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
   Appears to be the owner of Marshall’s Racing in Stillwater. Also a member of the Dunlop Semi pit crew.
7. Matthew Lowell Azcueta, 37 (12/17/75), Hispanic male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
8. Miguel Angel Rios, 38 (11/2/75), Hispanic male, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
9. Sunil Bangalore-Krishnappa, 22 (11/8/90), Asian male.
   Appears to be a research assistant at OSU – according to a posted LinkedIn account.
   Also appears to be the elected OSU Automation Society’s Treasurer for 2013-2014.

Alleged Prostitutes;

1. Andrea Taina Fize, 25 (5/29/88), black female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
   In Oct. Fize was charged in Beckham County with misdemeanor prostitution.
   Received a deferred sentence in Oklahoma County in May for misdemeanor prostitution.
   These most recent arrests could cause her Oklahoma County deferred to be revoked.
2. Angele Unice Grayson, 30 (11/22/82), black female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
3. Ashley Nicole Bonar, 30 (1/5/83), white female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
4. Caroline Nicole Hightower, 19 (12/23/93), black female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
5. Chere Lalana Osborne, 35 (3/27/78), black female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
6. Karen Marie Sinsterra, 24 (5/17/89), black female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
7. Markita Ann Watson, 19 (11/23/93), black female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
8. Nikki Nicole Figueroa, 28 (9/17/85), white female, arrested on complaint of offering to engage in prostitution.
9. Niquita Ariel Low, 21 (8/30/92), white female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution, computer crimes and resisting arrest.
10. Sheila Irene Quinn, 43 (6/7/70), white female, arrested on complaints of engaging in prostitution and computer crimes.
    Appears to be the owner of Absolute You Salon & Spa in Tulsa.

Others Arrested;

1. Kendell Michael Samilton, 22 (12/7/90), black male, arrested on complaints of public intoxication and obstructing a police officer.
2. Ricky David Brown, 48 (10/28/65), white male, arrested on complaints of possession of marijuana (2nd offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The youngest arrested was 19 and the oldest 66.

Also assisting in the sting were members of the Payne County Sheriff’s Office and the Perkins Police Department.
